I cut out all grains, fruits, dairy, eggs and chicken; I’m currently doing the low FODMAPs diet. I mostly eat fish, beef, ham, cooked leafy greens, cucumber, coconut oil, olive oil, and a little lemon juice. Does this sound like a good diet?

When you say "sugar free” diet what do you exactly mean? No fruit or honey, or no refined sugars? How much fruit a day do you recommend?

I started the Autoimmune Paleo diet, which reduced my TPO antibodies, but my symptoms persisted. I also have neuropathy and my protein was too high. Should I continue doing the autoimmune diet with reduced intake of protein?

Coconut and flax seed are not good for my blood type. Should I still use them? (With reference to “Eat Right For Your Blood Type” book.)
