• What foods need to be avoided before completing the OAT test?
• I had a provoked DMSA test that came back with higher levels of some heavy metals including mercury and chromium. I was taking chromium picolinate at that time. Could that be why the chromium was high?
• Can you please explain the difference between provoked urine heavy metals and DMSA? I hesitate to do a chelation because it can make things worse, and I have ten amalgam fillings.
• I did a hair test which showed mercury poisoning. Do I need to do the Urine Genova Labs Test as well?
• In the Hair Test for Toxic and Essential Elements, my mercury result was 4.1 (with a reference interval of <0.80). Should I do the MELISA test for metal sensitivity as well? What additional information will that give me?
