As far as hemoglobin A1C, is there a functional range for that? Mine was at 5.8, but I got it down to 5.3 through changing diet and doing supplements.

I’m using a product, Bio Gymnema, to reduce hemoglobin A1c. I have seen some reduction in hemoglobin A1C. At the same time, I also took Berberine, which is known to reduce A1C, so I'm not sure which of the products was the most helpful.

Do you have any experience or knowledge of gymnema for blood sugar control? Has that been effective for any of your clients?

I have low blood sugar issues, but can't tolerate much additional fat. I tried Digestion GB but had a negative reaction to it. Would you have any comments or suggestions on increasing fats to help with balancing blood sugar?

I have insulin resistance. I tried the Paleo diet and lost 20lbs, a lot of muscle, and was exhausted and ready for bed at 7pm. Is there something about my approach that didn't work? Should I try it again? What else could I do for insulin resistance?

On the reactive hypoglycemia blood sugar testing, my numbers bounced around some. They were: fasting, 80; thirty minutes after, 83. At half hour intervals: 82, 93, 90, 86, 88, 78, and 83. Are these swings significant?

My labs were positive for IgG antibodies to GAD and IA2, which are implicated in autoimmune diabetes. Do I have a very high chance of becoming diabetic in the future? What should I be cautious about food-wise?
