I spent 10 days at 8000 feet running and mountain biking. I could only do about half of what I typically do, and I was totally fatigued and debilitated the entire time. I didn't lose a single pound. This is like nothing I have ever experienced before.

My doctor upped my dose of Nature-Thyroid by a quarter grain. After the increased dosage I had blood sugar problems, depression, anxiety and fear. I backed down and I started to feel better. Do you think it could be my adrenals that made me feel so bad?

What could be the cause of morning fatigue?

My period is very scant, and my menses only last for 2 days. They are also darker in color than they used to be, and I have no libido at all. What does this suggest?

What could cause dark circles under the eyes?

I have mental fog in the mornings and early afternoon, which goes away by late afternoon or evening. It started 2 years ago when I was on estrogen/progesterone. My progesterone shot up this summer, and my estrogen was low. What could be causing this?
