I have very low pancreatic enzymes. I’m already taking Digestive Enzymes and Betaine with Pepsin. The betaine does seem to help with my stools. Should I decrease the digestive enzymes if I start to take pancreatic enzymes?

I’ve been taking Wobenzym, 4 twice a day. I moved up to 5 and got the worst nosebleed. Bromelain, one ingredient in Wobenzym, is a blood thinner. I stopped taking them and have no more nosebleeds. Should I go back to a lower dose?

Is muscle tightness a known side effect of Zenpep? I started having leg cramps and muscle tightness, so my doctor suggested that I skip it for light meals. The cramps went away, but I now have a higher occurrence of floating stools.
