Can you share your bone broth hack?

If you have a Trader Joe’s in your neighborhood, they have packs of already cut up carrots, celery, and onions, and then you can also buy some organic chicken legs from them. At bedtime, just stick a couple of chicken legs in the crock-pot along with the veggies, some sea salt, and a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar. Fill it with water, and turn on your slow cooker. When you wake up, you’ll have bone broth. I’m not sure if the pre-cut vegetables are organic, but organic vegetables are best. But, if you are not making bone broth at all right now, you might as well do it with conventional vegetables, just to make it easier on yourself.
