What probiotic should I use?

I like ProB 50 by Rootcology, Klaire Ther-Biotic, Probiotic 50B by Pure Encapsulations, or VSL#3, which is a very high level probiotic. I also like MegaSporeBiotic, which is a soil-based probiotic, and S. Boulardii by Rootcology, which is a beneficial yeast probiotic. Another option is Probiophage DF by Designs for Health, a formulation combining four types of phages (benevolent viruses that selectively target bacteria) along with seven strains of probiotics. Probiophage DF is designed to support the rapid reproduction of beneficial bacteria through the small and large intestines.
