Yes, in my stand alone programs for liver and adrenal support, the Root Cause Reset and the Adrenal Transformation Program, we have private member Facebook groups and we do weekly Q&A videos. I also send you daily emails with goals. So, they offer some community and accountability, and are more interactive, if that's something that's helpful to help keep you on track. Make sure you subscribe to my emails to receive notification when these programs launch. I usually offer them both twice a year.
