Just to clarify, with dairy sensitivity and lactose intolerance, dairy sensitivity usually is a reactivity to proteins, like casein and whey. Lactose is a sugar that’s found in dairy. If you have reactions to lactose, you may not have reactions to the protein, and vice versa. Basically, I would want to make sure and clarify whether you have lactose intolerance or dairy protein intolerance. Those are going to be two different things.
